How to File a Limited Liability Company in the State of Connecticut

The initial requirement of filing a certificate of the Organization:

Any person who chooses to form a limited liability company in the State of Connecticut is required to file a Certificate of Organization either hard copy or online with the Business Service Division of the Secretary of State.
