A few states require notice to be published in a newspaper that an LLC has been formed. States with this requirement include:

• Pennsylvania (corps only)
• Georgia (corps only)
• Arizona (corps and LLCs)
• Nebraska (corps and LLCs)
• New York (LLCs only).
