RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, InfoTaxSquare.com will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after InfoTaxSquare.com attempts to resolve the matter, the following terms and conditions apply. Please note all refund requests must be made within sixty (60) days of issuance of services. InfoTaxSquare.com cannot issue refunds if such request is made over sixty (60) days following the dispatch of the services by InfoTaxSquare.com. 
InfoTaxSquare.com will refund the total payment less Fifty dollars ($50.00) as a document processing fee on all orders cancelled prior to submission of filing to the state. InfoTaxSquare.com will issue no refund for all orders cancelled after the submission of filing to the state. Any and all funds already applied towards state filing fees, publications fees, corporate kits and/or shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For all checks returned to InfoTaxSquare.com due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts, a twenty five dollar ($25.00) penalty and any additional bank service fees will be added.
