We strongly suggest that you send all correspondence to third parties via U.S. Certified Return Receipt Mail.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, Infotax Square will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after Infotax Square attempts to resolve the matter, the following terms and conditions apply. Please note all refund requests must be made within sixty (60) days of issuance of services. Infotax Square cannot issue refunds if such request is made over sixty (60) days following the dispatch of the services by Infotax Square. 

Infotax Square will refund the total payment less Fifty dollars ($50.00) as a document processing fee on all orders cancelled prior to submission of filing to the state. Infotax Square will issue no refund for all orders cancelled after the submission of filing to the state. Any and all funds already applied towards state filing fees, publications fees, corporate kits and/or shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For all checks returned to Infotax Square due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts, a twenty five dollar ($25.00) penalty and any additional bank service fees will be added. CHARGE BACK POLICY

If client reported or claimed to the merchant for the false charge back and later proved that the charges were legitimate and the job was properly done as per our terms and conditions then the client card will be re-run to charge our service charges + $35.00 bank charges without any approval. Because we are being charged for the processing fees by our merchant provider.



EMAIL TRANSMISSIONS

Transmission of email is at your own risk. Infotax Square cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information.



SUBMISSION OF CORRECT INFORMATION BY YOU

You agree that you are responsible for the spelling and other information forwarded to Infotax Square and that information is exactly as you desire for Infotax Square to perform the Services requested. Submission of credit card information via our website, via facsimile, or otherwise authorizes Infotax Square to charge your credit card for the Services.



SEVERABILITY

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
