Can an entity restore terminated election of a s corporation?
A corporation may not re-elect S corporation status until the 5th year after the year in which the termination or revocation became effective.
One the statute of limitations are finished, you have to file a s corporation election with the IRS and the state if applicable.

I have obtained a cigar license in Maryland through my business, House of Time, Inc. I was not sent any type of license to display. The companies I buy cigars from are asking me for a copy of my license. I do not have one.
My license number is: 10751. This number I was given over the phone. Where can I get proof of my license to send to these companies?
Please reply through my email.
Thank you,
Brenda McCabe

Dear
Brenda McCabe:
Number is not enough to prove that you have been registered with the state. You must receive the certificate which should be displayed at your location.
