State of New Jersey does not provide the provision to convert the LLC structure to a Corporation or vice versa. You can file the election with the Internal Revenue Service to elect how it will be filed for the tax purposes. You can elect as a corporation, a partnership, or an entity disregarded, but remember your company legal structure will remain same as you filed with the secretary of state to register your entity.
