Dear Madam/Sir, I am the director of a UK based company and would like either to create a whole new company in the US or open up a branch of the UK company in the US. Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a citizen and resident of India. I hold a passport but not any visa in US. Can I start a company in US being a non resident and non citizen of US.
