·         follows own privacy, refund and terms of use policies

·         sets own prices and markup

·         is responsible to send invoices to clients and for the recovery when the bills are due

·         is personally responsible for any charge backs or damages claimed by the clients

·         shall use InfoTaxSquare.com  platform to advertise products or services

·         shall follow InfoTaxSquare.com guidelines to sale the products or services

·         is not required to maintain insurance because InfoTaxSquare.com is obligated to answer the client if any explanation is required

·         follows the InfoTaxSquare.com privacy, refund and term of use policies

·         receives fixed pre-decided commission by InfoTaxSquare.com

·         is not responsible for billing and recovery from clients. Affiliate shall receive the commission when it is due.

·         is not personally responsible for any charge backs and damages.
