The name availability of the business can be checked by making a call to the secretary of state in advance or you can also reserve the name for sixty days prior to file articles of the organization.

 

You need to provide following information while filling articles of organization Oklahoma:

  • The place of business- The principal street address of the business wherever it is located. P.O Boxes are not accepted.
