It doesn’t appear that we can transfer our business : OVER THETOP SOLUTIONS LLC from Indiana to Missouri. It doesn’t look like Missouri accepts that. What is the process? We are moving and will not be operating the business in Indiana any longer once we move. We will start the business up again in Missouri.

I have a current Oregon LLC and I am moving to Arizona and plan to cut all ties with Oregon. I see that AZ allows domestication, but Oregon does not. Can I still domesticate my LLC into AZ from OR?

Move An Oregon LLC to Arizona To Save The Age And History

No, the state of  Oregon does allow the domestication and files as a conversion. In your situation, both states do accept the domestication, the state of Arizona and state of Oregon.

What is the advantage to move an existing Oregon limited liability company to the state of Arizona?

It saves with the same age in the state of Arizona rather a brand new company in Arizona and cease the Oregon operation permanently.

Hello, I´m interested in domesticating a Virginia Corporation into Florida. I believe this is done by filing in VA the surrender of Virginia charter/certificate because it is domesticating in another state in addition to the Articles of Domestication in FL to domesticate the foreign business entity. However I´m not sure in which order the filings should be done with VA and FL . In addition I would like to confirm whether the VA corp once domesticated into FL requires an application for a new EIN from the IRS or keeps the existing one. Lastly once the domestication in FL is effective how do I notify the IRS. Thank you.
