- Yes, Virginia does have a process for a foreign business entity to domesticate in Virginia and for a Virginia entity to surrender it Virginia charter/certificate because it is domesticating in another state.

- State of Oregon-Oregon does not have a process for re-domestication, other than withdrawing and filing new.
- State of Colorado-unless you are referring to an entity which has converted to a foreign entity and wants to convert back to a domestic entity. There is an option to do so within the existing record.

- The state of Oregon- It does allow the domestication in and out both.
- State of Kentucky-A foreign entity can file an amended application for certificate of authority to change the domicile of organization for the entity.

- State of Michigan-It allows the domestication. (But the date is not transferable)
- State of North Carolina- Allow (It is called articles of conversion in the state of NC)
- State of Missouri-Not Allowed
- State of Maryland- Does allow to move out, whereas it does not allow to move in from another state.
- State of Georgia- It allows the domestication
- State of Kansas-Not Allowed (If you are a foreign entity in the state of KS yes, then it can be done)
- State of Arkansas-It allows the domestication
- State of Montana-It allows the domestication

- State of West Virginia-Not Allowed
- State of Washington-It allows the domestication
- South Carolina (L.L.C is not allowed whereas a corporation is a applicable)

- State of Virginia (Yes, Virginia law does have a conversion process for an LLC to become a corporation or a corporation to become an LL)

- State of Colorado-There is a filing option on an existing reporting entity record to convert to another form of entity. There is also a filing option to convert an entity that does not currently have a filing with us.
- State of Maine-Maine Business Corporation may convert to a Maine LLC and vice versa.
- State of Oregon-A (LLC can convert into another entity such as a corporation, and vice versa.)
- State of Kentucky (statutes allow a corporation to convert into a LLC however a LLC cannot convert into a corporation).

- State of Michigan - The Limited Liability Company Act and the Corporation Act allow for converting one business entity into another. Currently, no document exists to convert a corporation into a limited liability company. Each individual that wishes to convert one business organization into another type of business organization would need to draft their own Certificate of Conversion that conforms to the applicable statutes. In addition, the formation documents are required to be submitted with the Certificate of Conversion. Each statute in their prospective Acts provides for the fees to file the documents.

It doesn’t appear that we can transfer our business : OVER THETOP SOLUTIONS LLC from Indiana to Missouri. It doesn’t look like Missouri accepts that. What is the process? We are moving and will not be operating the business in Indiana any longer once we move. We will start the business up again in Missouri.
