Trade Name:

• Trade Name registers either with the state of the county and it is also call dba (doing business as)
• Multiple businesses can use the same name
• It is issued for one specific county or the state.

Trade Mark:

• Trade Name registers with the United States Patent and Trademark office.
• No one else can use this name under the same class(s).
• Trademark registration protects your rights in the entire USA.
