What are the requirements for obtaining a corporate seal. We are revising our by-laws and will submit the Articles of Amendment for a change of address and submit the Annual Statement for Non-Profit for the state of Pennsylvania for organizational officer changes. We will also need to update our corporate seal and I am trying to determine what documentation or other items are required to order/purchase a corporate seal. Thank you!

You are required to file an amendment to make changes in your current non profit structure.

Corporate binder can also be applied along with the amended order. Use following link to file an amendment of your Non Profit Organization.
