i have a question.. i am a landlord of a building.. i rent out my property to this peoples. but when they moved out . and another person rent from me.. they seem having problems to get sales tax permit n cigarettes license.. they always tell them to wait to check on a previous owner that rent my property.. that holding my property rent to others. so i want to know it that lawful for tax commission do that.. and why are they do that.. what this new tenant got to do with old tenant.. ? even if the the old tenant owe them tax. they should go after them instead ask my new tenant to wait for to be clear.. ? it that right what tax commissioner do.. please feed back n explain to me more how this goes.. i lived in Oklahoma...thanks
