- Reseller/Retailer – A person or an entity that buys goods from a supplier and sells to the end user.

Every marketplace requires to sign up first and generally the following information are required to participate in a marketplace to offer different products to the consumers.
- Store Name
- Name of the Amazon Store Owner
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Name of the entity, Employer Identifcaiton Number and Sales Tax Number
- Documents to verify the Amazon store owner information which includes driving license copy and utility bill.
- A copy of the E.I.N letter issued by the Internal Revenue Service and the articles of organization or corporation may be asked by the Amazon for the verification.
How long does Amazon take to approve the account?
Generally, it takes 24-48 hours to approve unless the additional information are asked.
